Privacy Policy

    Sapat International Pvt Ltd. and/ or its affiliates ("SIPL," the "Company,” “we,” “us," and "our,") respect your privacy and is committed to protecting it through its compliance with its privacy policies. This policy describes:

    • the types of information that SIPL may collect from you when you access or use its application, applications, and other online services (collectively, referred as "Software Application"); and
    • its practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

    Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the application.
    This policy applies only to the information SIPL collects through its Software Applications, in email, text and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with its Software Application.
    We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changed by updating the “Last updated” date of this Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the Application after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted.
    This policy does not apply to information that you provide to, or that is collected by, any third-party through SIPL’s Software Application and social networks that you use in connection with its Software Application. SIPL encourages you to consult directly with such third parties about their privacy practices.

    COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
    We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the Application depends on the content and materials you use, and includes:

    PERSONAL INFORMATION
    Information that you provide to us which personally identifies you to be contacted or identified, such as your name, phone number, email address, and any other data that is tied to such information. Our practices and procedures in relation to the collection and use of Personal Information have been set out below in order to ensure safe usage of the application for you.

    • If you create an account to take advantage of the full range of Software Application, we ask for and record Personal Information such as your name, email address and mobile number.
    • We may collect and store your Sensitive Personal Data or Information (such as any financial information including inter alia credit card, debit card details, bank account and know your customer ("KYC") documents as per RBI regulations and any other information as may be applicable) that the User may opt to save in the User account created with SIPL.
    • We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.
    • Your profile picture that will be publicly displayed as part of your account profile. You may optionally provide us with this information through third-party sign-in services such as Facebook and Google Plus. In such cases, we fetch and store whatever information is made available to us by you through these sign-in services.  
    • The search terms you have looked up and results you selected.
    • When you use one of our location-enabled functionality (for example, when you access Software Application from a mobile device), we may collect and process information about your mobile device's GPS location (including the latitude, longitude, or altitude of your mobile device) and the time the location information is recorded to customize the Software Application with location-based information and features. Some of these functions require your personal data for the feature to work and we may associate location data with your device ID and other information we hold about you. We may request access or permission to and track location information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the Application. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device settings.
    • We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the Application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.
    • Information from third parties, such as personal information or network friends, if you connect your account to the third party and grant the Application permission to access this information.
    • We keep this data for no longer than is reasonably necessary for providing Software Application to you. If you wish to use the particular feature, you will be asked to consent to your data being used for this purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time by disabling the GPS or other location-tracking functions on your device, provided your device allows

    Do we use application cookies?
    When you visit access our application, we may store some data on your computer/mobile device in the form of a “cookie” to automatically recognize your device next time your visit. User's device places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. User may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If they do so, note that some parts of the application may not function properly.

    How do we collect information?
    The information we collect from you may be used for the following purposes:

    • To improve Software Application
    • To personalize user experience
    • To improve our application
    • Administer our Software Application and diagnose technical problems.
    • Provide you with user support.
    • Process and respond to your queries
    • To run a promotion, contest, survey, or other app feature
    • To send periodic notifications

    Privacy feature:
    The Personal Information collected will be used only for the purpose of enabling you to use the Software Application provided by us, to help promote a safe Software Application, calibrate user interest in our Software Application, inform you about online offers and updates, troubleshoot problems, customize User experience, detect and protect us against error, fraud and other criminal activity, collect money, enforce our terms and conditions, and as otherwise described to you at the time of collection of such information.
    We do not share your Personal Information with any third party apart from financial institutions such as banks, RBI, or other regulatory agencies (as may be required) and to provide you with Software Application that we offer through SIPL, conduct quality assurance testing, facilitate creation of accounts, provide technical and user support, or provide specific functionality, such as synchronization of your contacts with other software applications, in accordance with your instructions. These third parties are required not to use your Personal Information other than to provide the Software Application requested by you.

    • We have implemented appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access to your information and to maintain data security. These safeguards consider the sensitivity of the information that we collect, process and store and the current state of technology. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.
    • We assume no liability or responsibility for disclosure of your information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access, or other causes beyond our control. You play an important role in keeping your personal information secure. You should not share your username, password, or other security information for your SIPL account with anyone. If we receive instructions using your username and password, we will consider that you have authorized the instructions.

    Third party links and services
    The Software Application may contain links to third-party websites. Your use of these features may result in the collection, processing or sharing of information about you, depending on the feature. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other websites or services which may be linked on our Software Application. We do not endorse or make any representations about third-party websites or services. Our Privacy Policy does not cover the information you choose to provide to or that is collected by these third parties. We strongly encourage you to read such third parties' privacy policies.
    We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law, our data collection and use practices, the features of our Software Application, or advances in technology. Please check this app periodically for changes. Use of information we collect is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post the changes here. Please review the changes carefully. Your continued use of the Software Application following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will constitute your consent and acceptance of those changes.

    SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
    We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security if you provide personal information.

    CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES:
    Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems [and our mobile applications] include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

    OPTIONS REGARDING YOUR INFORMATION
    You may at any time review or change the information in your account or terminate your account by:

    • Logging into your account settings and updating your account
    • Contacting us using the contact information provided below
    Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations and/or comply with legal requirements.
